Our Background

Five years responsible for managing the training and development of 800 staff and managers tends to anchor you firmly in the real world. We took a major Lloyd's Syndicate through to Investors in People status in only three months and ran a year-long development program for 80 supervisory staff, writing and delivering all the material ourselves because the off-the-shelf packages were all out of shelf life!
