Mike Cranny FCII
Chartered Insurer Mike has a lifetime experience in General Insurance in the Lloyds and company markets.
In addition to underwriting and claims experience he spent five years as a national training manager and understands fully the difficulties the market faces in coming to terms with the new realities.
He is chair of the Insurance Institute of Manchester's Professional Development Committee.He has many years experience of both teaching insurance and as a postal tutor for the Chartered Insurance Institute.
For several years he helped set the Lloyd's introductory test and is also a qualified NVQ assessor and Business Link consultant. He is President of the Insurance Institute of Manchester
Karen Cartridge Dip CII
Karen has also worked all her working life in General Insurance and has experience in underwriting, claims, administration and training (including six years as the assistant training manager to a national insurer).
She is the Manchester representative for the Society of Technicians in Insurance, and a member of the Professional Development Committee of the Insurance Institute of Manchester as well as serving on the Institute Council. Karen is also a qualified NVQ assessor .
