CCR009 is a new FCA regulatory return for consumer credit firms, used to collect data on credit broking
This session is relevant to those that have permission for the above
During the session we will walk you through the return and answer any questions you may have.
- The CCR009 consumer credit regulatory return has been introduced by the FCA; it will eventually replace some other CCR returns.
- Applies to firms with permission for credit broking
- It collects information on permissions, business model, marketing, revenue and staff to support the FCA’s supervision and data-led approach
In this session we will have a look at the new return:
- Who must submit and when
- The deadlines and periods
- Why the FCA are collecting this data
This session is essential for anyone who is responsible for collecting the relevant FCA Data for the returns and for Senior Management/Compliance/Risk/Finance etc. to understand the changes and be prepared and ahead of the game so that they have the data ready for submission by the deadlines.
