FCA Publication: Customer Understanding

The FCA published its Customer Understanding: Good Practice and Areas for Improvement review on the 13th March, highlighting how firms can better support customers making informed financial  decisions. The findings emphasise the importance of clear, fair and accessible communications, alongside ongoing testing and adaptation to meet diverse customer needs. 

The review also shares practical examples of effective approaches, helping firms strengthen outcomes in line with Consumer Duty expectations.
