The Resilience Mindset

Life has a nasty habit of throwing things our way we don’t want. Often in life the things we worry about never happen, but we instead get blindsided by the unexpected. So, let’s expect the unexpected and get ourselves well placed.

In this session we’ll look at what resilience is, and how we can fill our resilience bucket so we’re in the best place emotionally, physically and mentally for whatever comes our way.

The worst things in life can lead to some of the best things, but only if we have the right mindset to learn, grow and adapt. This is all part of resilience and it’s incredibly empowering.

We will be joined by Alison Carter. She is an ICF certified Life Coach, and NLP Master Practitioner. She a confident public speaker with a passion for story telling, engaging audiences and creating compelling communication messages.
