We invite you to join us for this online event for anyone wanting to understand more about menopause; whether that is for yourself, a family member, a friend or a work colleague then this session is for you

  • Exploring lifestyle factors, and how they may contribute.
  • Looking at nutrition, how this takes on special significance in the years leading up to menopause and beyond.

  • Discover simple strategies around lifestyle change to help alleviate and manage symptoms.
  • Gain knowledge around which foods can provide us with key nutrients to support peri/menopause and healthy ageing.
  • Ideas around creating a menopause friendly workplace.
  • Understand how the adjustments made to support colleagues through peri/menopause, can have a positive impact on the whole workforce (not just the women!)

Speaker biography: Lisa Kempster, Best You Health

Before qualifying as a Health Coach and setting up ‘Best You Health’, Lisa spent over 25 years working in a number of client-facing roles, eventually as a partner of a successful recruitment business. In her current role as a health coach, Lisa works closely with people to unearth their personal goals, giving them the knowledge, tools, and support to take control of their long-term health.
