Active listening is one of the most useful tools to use especially in challenging conversations. In this presentation we will look at some of the listening challenges in your work and explore how active listening can help.

This session is useful for anyone dealing with staff, customers, team members, or even to help staff in their day to day lives. It is great as a booster/reminder of this important skill and these sessions are FREE. Some firms are using these sessions as part of their ongoing wellbeing strategy so book your staff on now.

We will be joined by Robert and Ian, who are Listening Volunteers at Manchester Samaritans. They also work together in a wide range of organisations doing Workplace Outreach for the branch.
