A look at the FCA’s Business Plan 2022/23 and their strategy for the next 3 years

The FCA has now published its business plan for 2022/23 and their strategy for the next 3 years.

They have taken on 200 new staff recently, increased their staff numbers in Edinburgh and will be opening an office in Leeds.

They have issued commitments, outcomes and metrics and are very clear on what they are wanting to achieve. The message from the FCA’s Chief Executive is that we will begin to see a different type of FCA. More innovative, more assertive, and more adaptive.

Join us for this hour, when we will highlight some of the important messages from their plans and you can hear our views (including those from our consultants who have worked for the regulator for years).

It will also be an opportunity to ask any questions. (It is important that firms are informed and that they understand how their plans will impact them).

At the end of the session, attendees will have a greater understanding of the FCA’s focus and plans.
