Preparing for your 2nd Consumer Duty Board Report
The Consumer Duty has been in play now for some time and firms will be coming up to the anniversary of producing their Consumer Duty Board Reports ready for approval and challenged by the board in the next few months.
We have seen so much good work in the industry but as the saying goes there is no standing still – we cannot become complacent and there is always room for improvement.
Take this hour to have a breather – take stock and have a reminder of what firms should have done, should be doing whilst gaining some insight into good and poor practice.
Hear and see how others have developed their Consumer Duty programmes and can evidence it at the touch of a button.
As a reminder, you know Consumer Duty is not a once a done process… (No Consumer Duty plans gathering dust and cobwebs in our cupboards!)
Be prepared to share some of your challenges, but also some of your successes and also get a flavour and hear from experts including Ex FCA staff on how the Consumer Duty is having an impact on businesses and of course customers.
Understand how the consumer duty is now taking hold…
