We are excited to work in conjunction with Eleven Network to bring you a series of events which are relevant to the General Insurance market.

The series will focus on hot regulatory topics with a big focus on delivering good outcomes to your customers.

The first session is a ‘taster’ session and is free of charge, but places are limited to 10 people per session so you need to be quick. They are on a first come first served basis. The full programme of events for 2025 will be announced after this session with dates/costs to attend, etc.

Who should attend: anyone who is responsible for the implementation of the consumer duty, especially those responsible for evidencing the firm is delivering good outcomes to its customers.

It may have been a cold start to the year and it is essential to make sure that everything is running smoothly and effectively in your boiler room.

This programme is designed to help you navigate the challenges of delivering good outcomes to customers. We will focus on keeping the cogs turning and help you be equipped with the knowledge and skills to keep your work from freezing.

About the sessions:

  • The session will be interactive.
  • Fuel! The coffee and cakes will be served to help keep you powered up.
  • Session length is 2 hours -At the end of the course, who knows you may be on fire!

S: SERVICE, stepping into the customer shoes: we focus on customer experience – really getting down to business with something you wont experience elsewhere.
