Bitesize session – Consumer Duty series – Trust me I am a professional? 22nd June 2023 2-3PM

Trust is something we can sometimes take for granted. Have we ever really stopped and examined it. How it affects our business, the stakeholders and especially from a customer’s perspective?

Firms may find this session useful as they are currently looking at their customer journeys and what their customers See, Hear and Experience as part of the process.

Trust is the foundation of any successful long term business relationship, especially in financial services.   This webinar will examine the essential elements of what trust is, how to gain trust and keep it, and what to do when trust is compromised.

With the new Consumer Duty high on the FCA’s agenda, we will examine how trust weaves its way through the customer support and understanding pillars from product design through to claims.

By the end of the session, attendees will be able to explain the fundamental components of trust in financial services and related businesses and also understand how to implement a strategy to build and maintain trust.

This session will be ideal for Senior Managers, Directors, Non-Executive Directors (‘NEDs’), Sales and Customer service staff, Training Departments, Complaints handling staff, Operations staff, HR and marketing, those with Compliance, Risk and audit roles etc.

We also urge all Consumer Duty Champions or anyone who may be involved with the development and implementation of their firm’s Consumer Duty plan to attend.
