On this FREE session you will hear from Consultants (some who have worked for the FCA). They will share their thoughts and make recommendations for you.

The FCA will be publishing their Vulnerability Review findings in March 2025 and during this session we will:

  • Take a closer look at the content of the review
  • Examine the key FCA findings and see what lessons can be gained
  • Look at what it means in practice for firms
  • Get practical tips and hints on how to fine tune your Vulnerability work

We support and guide firms implementing their Vulnerability Frameworks and many firms are engaging with us to upskill staff in the areas of Vulnerability. Many of our clients also take advantage of our toolkit sessions designed to increase the knowledge and skill required when dealing with vulnerable customers.
